The guys were great very hardworking. I had heavy items, fridge and washing machine. You should supply them with some moving aids like a hand truck that can climb stairs or descend steps. Give them carry straps the enable them to carry without gripping sharp edges. Give them blankets that can slide heavy items across vinyl/ hardwood floors. They had none of these. If I didn?t supply the blankets my floors would have been severely scraped. I was charged the full $1000, but the truck cam partially filled from a previous site and what I gave them didn?t fill up the truck. What I was told on the phone was that it was how much the dumpster was filled was the cost. Not the weight or difficulty of the items to load. That was the excuse for the full charge I got.
